Guizhou methanol gasoline pilot project has entered the stage of preparation for start-up

The methanol can only be selected from local products, and the gasoline is provided by the two major oil sales companies in the province; Third, the allocation and transportation of methanol and gasoline should consider the reasonable layout, which should not only be conducive to improving the efficiency of resource utilization, but also be conducive to effectively promoting and driving the development of local industrial economy, and avoid long-distance transportation and cross-regional transportation; Fourth, the main subsidy target is methanol gasoline consumers, who will be temporarily subsidized at the standard of 0.3 yuan/liter for 2 years; Fifth, if you still have concerns about the safety of methanol gasoline, you can consider asking insurance companies to implement special insurance for the engines of pilot vehicles; Sixth, in principle, the pilot vehicles in the early stage are mainly urban public transport and corporate rental vehicles; Seventh, in the process of improving the pilot gas station, the internal gas station of the pilot vehicle company can be temporarily activated, and relevant procedures must be completed; Eighth, in principle, the pilot gas stations in all cities (prefectures and prefectures) are all undertaken by the gas stations of Sinopec Guizhou Company, and this work will be implemented by the coordination office of the electric power of the commission and Sinopec Guizhou Company as soon as possible.

The long-term expert demonstration and test results show that the main problems related to methanol gasoline vehicles, such as corrosion and swelling, have been basically solved, the relevant supporting infrastructure and technical standards such as methanol gasoline modulation center and gas station have been initially established and improved, and the conditions for conducting methanol gasoline vehicle test have been met. On this basis, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology decided to carry out pilot operation of high proportion methanol gasoline vehicles in Shanghai, Shaanxi and Shanxi. The meeting designated Shanghai Huahan, Chery sedan and FAW Jinye as the production enterprises of high proportion methanol gasoline vehicles, and decided to use the pilot phase of high proportion methanol gasoline vehicles from 2011 to 2013. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology requested the relevant departments of the three pilot provinces and cities to complete the preparation and preparation of the pilot operation plan for the high proportion of methanol gasoline vehicles by the end of April 2011. The first national standard of methanol gasoline pilot flight is to be issued

Methanol overcapacity may intensify this year
