In order to speed up the pilot work of methanol gasoline in our province, Li Baofang, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Economic and Information Commission and the deputy secretary of the National Defense Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, presided over the preparatory work meeting for the pilot launch of methanol gasoline on June 8, and comprehensively deployed the preparatory work for the pilot launch implementation plan. The leaders in charge and business leaders of the industrial and information commission of Guiyang City, Liupanshui City, Qiannan Prefecture, Qianxinan Prefecture and Tongren Prefecture who carried out the pilot work attended the meeting. Li Baofang put forward specific requirements for the key links and problems of the pilot implementation plan: First, at present, the government only carries out the pilot project of M15 methanol gasoline, and other series of alcohol ether fuel are not included in the scope of this pilot project; Second, the methanol and gasoline production raw materials or products promoted in the pilot must come from the province. The methanol can only be selected from local products, and the gasoline is provided by the two major oil sales companies in the province; Third, the allocation and transportation of methanol and gasoline should consider the reasonable layout, which should not only be conducive to improving the efficiency of resource utilization, but also be conducive to effectively promoting and driving the development of local industrial economy, and avoid long-distance transportation and cross-regional transportation; Fourth, the main subsidy target is methanol gasoline consumers, who will be temporarily subsidized at the standard of 0.3 yuan/liter for 2 years; Fifth, if you still have concerns about the safety of methanol gasoline, you can consider asking insurance companies to implement special insurance for the engines of pilot vehicles; Sixth, in principle, the pilot vehicles in the early stage are mainly urban public transport and corporate rental vehicles; Seventh, in the process of improving the pilot gas station, the internal gas station of the pilot vehicle company can be temporarily activated, and relevant procedures must be completed; Eighth, in principle, the pilot gas stations in all cities (prefectures and prefectures) are all undertaken by the gas stations of Sinopec Guizhou Company, and this work will be implemented by the coordination office of the electric power of the commission and Sinopec Guizhou Company as soon as possible.
