Zhongyuan New Energy (Fujian) Co., Ltd., founded in March 2007, is engaged in the research and development, production and sales of alternative energy-methanol fuel. The factory is located in the Yuanhong Investment Zone of Fuzhou, located in the middle of Haixi - Songxia Port of Fuqing Bay, adjacent to Fuxia Railway and Tongsan Expressway, only 40 kilometers from Changle Fuzhou Airport, with convenient land, sea and air transportation.
On the National Day of 2009, Zhongyuan New Energy (Fujian) Co., Ltd. produced 100000 tons of production line annually and successfully trial-produced M30 methanol gasoline. According to the determination of Fujian Petrochemical Products Inspection Station, after it completely reached the national standard of 93 # gasoline, Zhongyuan New Energy (Fujian) Co., Ltd. sent its products to Beijing Institute of Technology for bench test. Among them, in terms of power fuel saving and exhaust emissions, the product M30 methanol gasoline test results are very ideal. At the same time, in order to better test the quality of the products, the company also carried out an 8-month driving test, including 4 vehicles of the company and 8 vehicles of social enterprises. In the test, the defects of the oil products were found and adjusted in time to ensure the reliability and stability of the product quality, and then it was put on the market in batches in 2011.
In addition, Zhongyuan New Energy (Fujian) Co., Ltd. attaches great importance to infrastructure construction, laying a solid foundation for large-scale production. In 2009, it completed a production line of 100000 tons per year, added 30000 tons of storage tanks in the past two years, and a tank farm with a total storage capacity of 50000 tons.
Recently, Zhongyuan New Energy (Fujian) Co., Ltd. has added a new diesel blending unit, which can berth a 10000-ton chemical oil wharf matched with a 50000-ton storage tank. At the same time, the three-kilometer transmission pipeline has also been built by Zhongyuan New Energy. This can not only reduce logistics costs, but also expand the sales radius and enhance the competitiveness of Zhongyuan New Energy.
To ensure product quality, Zhongyuan New Energy (Fujian) Co., Ltd. has built a laboratory building with an area of 2996 square meters, set up a testing center and a research and development center, and purchased laboratory instruments with more than 8 million yuan. At present, the company's self-inspection ability and accuracy are no less than that of professional institutions, and more than 20 indicators including octane number can be tested.
At present, the existing products of Zhongyuan New Energy, such as methanol fuel series, high-definition gasoline series, methanol diesel series, and agricultural alcohol ether diesel clean diesel series, are the key to get through the sales channels. In 2011, with the strong support of PetroChina Fujian Company, a pilot demonstration agreement for cooperation in methanol gasoline was signed. Their condition is that the national standard for methanol gasoline can be used to carry out the pilot activities cooperatively, and mobile skid-mounted stations in the plant can be established to prepare for the pilot activities. However, the national standard has been promulgated year after year, and has not yet been published, so this cooperation agreement is still waiting for the promulgation of the national standard.

In recent years, according to the local standards of methanol and diesel in Fujian, Zhongyuan New Energy has a relatively tight supply of diesel fuel. Participated in the formulation and application pilot of agricultural alcohol ether diesel oil standards for senior professors at the University of Science and Technology of China. This industry standard has been reviewed and approved by the National Energy Administration and has been implemented since April 1, 2014.
