The so-called methanol gasoline is prepared by adding methanol and core additives in a certain proportion in unleaded gasoline through strict process. At the beginning of its establishment, Zhongyuan New Energy Company, located in Yuanhong Investment Zone, Fuqing, focused on new fuels that can replace gasoline, and developed high-standard methanol gasoline relying on the technical strength of the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Fuzhou University and the provincial petrochemical enterprises. "We have spent 10 years, through more than 3000 sets of experiments and tests, developed core additives and successfully solved the problems of methanol gasoline such as power, cold start, corrosion, swelling and gas resistance." Li Longmei, technical director of Zhongyuan New Energy Company and professor of the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Fuzhou University, introduced.
The leading product of Zhongyuan New Energy Company, M30 methanol gasoline, is to add 30% methanol into ordinary gasoline, and then add the core additives independently developed by the company. At present, this type of methanol gasoline has passed the inspection of Fujian Provincial Petroleum Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Station, the National Professional Laboratory for Automobile Power and Emission Testing and the National Petroleum Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and has reached the national III gasoline standard. M30 methanol gasoline can be mixed with ordinary gasoline fuel at will, and can be widely used in taxis, buses and private cars.
"Compared with the low proportion of methanol gasoline, M30 increases the content of methanol and is more economical and energy-saving. Compared with the high proportion of products, M30 does not need to change the engine and does not affect the user's choice of cars." Yu Ping, the head of Zhongyuan New Energy Company, introduced.
After the introduction of methanol gasoline, it was also welcomed by some car owners. "With this kind of fuel, the power performance is good, the speed is faster, and the fuel consumption can be saved by about 4% when running on the highway. It can be mixed with common 93 # gasoline, which is very convenient." Lin Pinzheng, deputy general manager of Fujian Chenghuang Transportation Co., Ltd., told the reporter that their company's vehicles have been using M30 methanol gasoline since last October, and the current vehicles' run very well '.
New things often need to meet the huge challenges of the market, and methanol gasoline is no exception. Since most car owners are used to using traditional petrochemicals, how to let them change their traditional concepts and adopt new fuels has become the focus of the current work of Zhongyuan New Energy Company. At this stage, the company mainly adopts the methods of low price sales and free gift to let car owners know methanol gasoline and try to accept this new fuel. "Compared with economic benefits, social benefits are more important. We hope that through the development of methanol gasoline, car owners will pay less for fuel each month and the sky in the city will be bluer." Yu Ping said that Zhongyuan New Energy Company will further expand its production capacity and plan to build a production line with an annual output of 300000 tons of clean methanol gasoline. After putting into production, it is expected that the annual output value will reach 1.5 billion yuan and the annual emission of harmful gases will be reduced by more than 4200 tons.
